Crikey, I forgot a really easy trick. Just get some xylitol, or erythritol, and avoid all sugars and sugary fruits and vegetables and NO YEAST BREAD! Have crackers. Working xylitol or erythritol into your diet will whack back bugs as they are five-carbon sugars that uptake into bugs and croak 'em 'cause they feed on six-carbon sugar. Hehe! This will at minimum lower your collateral bug load and may directly edge out the Klebsiella as these wonder sugars tend to denature the negative effect of other sugars, and Klebsiella lives on lactose.
