Re: calcium/plaque

 Does anyone else get this? I sometimes cough up small balls of white stuff. It had an odour, and wonder whether it is plaque or calcium. It is soft and squishy.

Is this normal? It seems to happen every couple of weeks, usually only one or two. They are pea size.

One just appeared in my mouth the other day.

What do you reckon it is?

Sounds like a tonsillolith before calcifying.
