sounds like you stirred them up pretty good and they are on the run, or colonizing the area where a bunch have died off
be sure to do routine maintenance regularly to keep shrinking the colony until gone, otherwise they will just come back and all is for nothing, i recommend to keep the progress you've gained Tweet
