Dream Body and Seeds?

I have had this dream where I was fine and at a gym and all of a sudden a painful lump was growing on my right side, I visited a candy shop didn’t buy anything and went into a room back at the gym I was sitting there and I noticed a few sesame like seeds on my arm and tummy I brushed them off but they kept growing back and all of a sudden my body was covered and I kept trying to brush them off but they kept coming back up and out of the pours I woke up and freaked out. Does anyone have an idea of what this might mean? Tweet
