Only 1 of 17 ROV feeds in operation, and it’s filming nothing

I suspect that British Petroleum must
have a lot to hide if none of the ROVs
are being used to convey to the public
what is happening around the wellhead.

I thought they were mandated by the \
government to use the ROVs??
