Excuse 3- "I think I have a mild case of food poisoning! If I eat anything, I'll be sick for sure! Ohh.. the thought of it makes me want to run to the toilet.." ha.

Excuse 4- "I have decided to save my lunch money this week, to use as beer money for the weekend!" lol

ok, this one isn't an excuse, but one of my favorite joke sayings for when i've overindulged..

"oh my gosh.. i ate so much, i can't blink.." lol
