fatty tumor with hair growing inside it

Hi everyone, I have a couple of large fatty tumors on my upper buttock/hip area. I found a small hair on the larger one and began pulling on it. Tons of invisible hair with small eggs/seeds atatched came out and the tumor began to reduce in size! Has anyone else done this? Is this just an ingrown hair? What are the egg things? I laid one of the egg things on a small mirror and a couple of minutes late, a string thing exploded from it with small eggs/seeds attatched to it! Tweet
