JAB-neuropathy was never one of my worst symtoms, and mixed in with everything else, hard for me to say. poor feeling more than anything probably. had not thought about it for awhile. I just know that for awhile I had to take big doses of benfotiame b1 (via muscle testing) but now that need is basically gone. still shows up maybe once a week.
