Dead Grandma

My Grand mother immigrated here from Europe, however she never learned to speak English, but relied on her husband
to interpret for her. She died when I was seven years old.
Sometime after that I had a dream.

I was in the outer basement of my grand parents house.
This portion sat directly below the back porch. There's a door with a window in it to the main basement below the
house. My grandma was looking at me through this window.
Next thing I know she is in the same room with me. I looked at her legs, they looked red, blistered, burnt from the fires of Purgatory. She held out her hand. In it there were 3 rather large nails.
