Wow, $43.00 for shipping of dropper bottles?!? Good heavens, woman, how many hundreds did you order? That's CRAZY - I think there's a mistake somewhere (unless you ordered more than a couple hundred, or you ordered some other, more 'heavy weight' bottles).

Yes, their shipping charges do include a small handling charge. I've only received damaged bottles one time, and they were very good to replace them quickly.

I sure hope there hasn't been a mistake (and you don't end up with tons of bottles you don't need).
