whole wheat vs ezekial bread

Hi,

I'm new to eat right 4 your blood type and have a question..... i'm alittle confused as to why wheat would be an "avoid" while ezekial bread would be a "beneficial." one of the main ingredients of ezekial bread is "sprouted wheat."
