They don't want to call it a Doctrine forum because they know it sounds cultish, and they need the word "Rife" in there because otherwise no one will give the forum a chance. They need to piggyback off of Rife's legacy to get anyone to listen to them.

I personally think there is nothing wrong with calling it something completely different than "Rife."
Homeopathy, for example, was just a part of a larger system of medicine that Hahnemann created (Heilkunst). It used homeopathy but that wasn't the sole focus. That's what's happened here. Rife is only a small part of what people talk about here. A completely new name is warranted.

If Newport and Jsmom are smart they'll make a private forum instead, that way they can ban and stop shysters from posting. Much more control over the content of posts, which is what they want, no?
