Hi San. Does not really look like fluke. Go on youtube, there are a number of vids that show the real deal--it's kinda creepy though.

The real guys should be very flat, and should be still alive. If not, you can culture them. These creatures will regenerate. If you cut them into a million pieces, there will be a million new ones.
The stuff you show, looks like a type of mucus the bowel makes when there is an infection, and there could be seeds or other undigested things that look like parasites. Shroom Tweet
