 This really needs to go mainstream, it would help many flora compromised individuals.

The article used the word transplant without a mechanism. Do they process the feces of a healthy donor and reinject the feces into a patient?

A transplant does not have to be from a donor.  They can transplant the bacteria from cultured bacteria as well, which is likely what they are doing.
