Need info on Kefir before I order????
Could some please guide me to info posted on this forum re: Kefir. I'm going to order what Uny has but I'm really clueless on its use or how to make it. I'm really having horrible AF symptoms and one being BRAIN FOG!!! I don't have the energy to look thru a lot of posts right now and would appreciate some info on how to make it and use it. Thanks so much!!!
