Cancer, boosting immunity

Hello all,
Been sick for 3 years with something the docs cant find. My sysmptoms point either candida or parasites. I have done many cleanses, humaworm, and antifungals. recently i was diagnosed with a tumor in my bladder which was removed, non invasive, but they are watching it.
I know there are many sections in the immune system. And i have read alot of posts on here with many, many products discussed. So i am kinda confused.
If i was to attempt to boost my immune system, what would be the best product to start with. And what have you all tried that has worked ?
