Well I think celestial and I both agree internal is #1 priority!! But external is great too :) Mess?? I take one spoonful into a small bowl,add acv,stir with q-tip. I like it between firm and runny liquid. I lather it on & rinse the bowl and my hands in the sink. It takes about an hr for it to dry. It's not completely dry but you know what I mean. Then I go outside and rinse it off with hot water in a large bowl and dump it outside. Voila I'm done. Tweet
