Re: Seafood Safety and Politics Don't Mix: Opening of Gulf Fisheries at Odds With Evidence of Harm

Legally, the Obama administration signed
off on the liability when they assured
everyone dispersants were safe. The tests
they ran are ridiculous but again, it was
the policy that is what so many of us are
calling the cover-up. It was the get out
of jail free card, imho. The government
gave its seal of approval...from the
Coast Guard to others who could have said,
no means no. Instead, there was an implied
consent, saying okay just a little and
then looking the other way while millions
of gallons were dumped into the Gulf, and
dispersed over the land. It is a crime
against nature, I believe.

I am hoping a truly independent source
can put out a report which will be accepted
by the public as the real truth of the oil
and dispersants still being a major issue.

blessings,
Zoe
