Big hug to all you happy liver flushers! Please read...

Just dropping in to give everyone my best... I am on day 6 of the MC, and will do another liver cleanse when I break. Already looking forward!

Did I share my new, improved version of the salt water flush with you all? The swf is a wonderful quickie colon cleanse, flushing the entire digestive system top to bottom. I like to do it the morning of a flush to get the pipes clean. Unfortunately... it's gross!!!

New, improved swf:

Mix 2 tsp. UNIODIZED Sea Salt in 1 c. drinkably hot water.

Have the remaining 3 c. PLAIN water standing by.

Chug as much salt mix as you can. Chase with plain water. Chug and chase til all the water is gone! SO MUCH easier than chugging a full quart of that dang salt water! Try it! About an hour later it exits dramatically, so don't do this before your commute!! :)

Got this here at curezone, and people actually had tests for heavy metals before and after and it works!

Whiz in your trust blender:

2 large bunches cilantro
1/2 to 1 c. raw brazil nuts (I use almonds)
1 clove fresh garlic if desired
pinch Sea Salt
enough good oil (flax, olive etc.) to facilitate blending

YUMMMMM! I love it on chicken breast medallions, or fresh tomato slices, or on a SPOON! You are supposed to eat 2 T. daily for two weeks to remove heavy metals. Unbelievably tasty!
