symptoms...

I still have fatigue, but the chronic headaches are going away. I don't have the constant eye irritation that I used to have.
I what I do have that is new is canker sores, so my immune system is not doing as well as usual, and real trouble concentrating.
I also am getting chest soreness/ chest pain, and I'm taking curcurin for it.
I am trying to work up to doing a course of oral H2O2- it fixed hubbies heart problems, I'm not sure how well it will work for this. the Drink hydrogen peroxide regimin is pretty harsh, but it works.
A lot of this could be just heartbreak, I think I'm at the end of the grieving process I've been going though, but I still have a lot of sadness, and sometimes that is hard to separate from chest pains caused by heart problems.
I keep 'forgetting' to buy the distilled water at the store, H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) is not good with anything but distilled.
I am taking tumeric/bromelain, Vit C, Vit B complex, panthene, lots of watermelon, boron, and the Watermelon is good for your kidneys, the tumeric is great for your liver. I also have papaya enzynme, and I'm gong to start taking that. I figure if I keep both organs in good shape, I've got a shot at getting rid of the benzene.
I don't have a bathub, but I've been considering making a foot bath for magnesium baths.
I hate baking soda, it makes me burp, I know its good for you, but I've been resisting that one for dear life because I really hate the taste.
I suppose I could make baking soda capsules, then I could just swallow the stuff.
