I did my homework and I went over re-feeding readings again, just to make sure I have all the ducks in a row!

It took me 2 attempts to start this fast, I dont want to flunk the re-feeding ,lol

How is the life after Big number 37 ?

I am doing well and back to being immersed in work after a nice long break. The work in my heart is not quite completed, but truly it has improved fantastically. My rule is to call it 36.5 days or round it down to 36, otherwise i feel awkward ;).

When are you going to do some fasting again-next year?

This is a very good question and it's hard to say. I have a lot of work to catch up on and fasting the way i like to fast would in all likelihood greatly derail the hard driving momentum. So i think it's best that i wait and see. I would love to feel i have caught up the work enough by December or January to make some more progress towards complete detox, but i'll have to wait and see ;).

Great job again with your fast and i am happy to hear that it went so smoothly for you this time around :).
