abnormal growth on vagina

i have what looks like a small version of skin tags on my labia. from what i have searched it doesnt look like genital warts or herpes.. ive also been having a sore throat off and on, i thought it was strep but i was treated for that and the sore throat continues to come back i looked at the back of my throat and it looks like something is there, but again nothing that looks like herpes...so what could it be?
