According to me Yoga is beneficial for everyone. Yoga has some major physiological, psychological and biochemical benefits. It helps you become more aware of your body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible.Yoga is anti-ageing, helps in improvement of mental health and development of personal and social values. It is also useful in improving strength and reducing weight.
