I don't have cataracts but I have major eye problems and my eye was half full of blood. I read about using saffron and the article states that it will cure cataracts also.

Saffron is expensive but it works. I bought 30 dollars worth of saffron and put it all in the coffee grinder. It is a small amount. I then put the saffron in capsules half way. Took one a day. It took 4 to 5 days before I saw the results but cleared my eyes up completely. I would suggest you go to Natural News.com and search for saffron and you will find the article. Tweet
