Colonics/hydrotherapy/ enemas after liver flush

Hw important is it to follow a Liver Flush with this? Are high colonics and hydrotherapy the same thing? If you decided the colonics thing, would it be later that day, or the next day? Is an enema just as good? How long after the flushing of stones do you do the enema? When everything is coming out, how would you get an enema in?
