This is the best coconut oil you can buy. I have tried a lot of brands. Some of them are horribly gross tasting. Most have an aftertaste. This brand is fresh, light, no after taste, I recommend this oil to every one. I have gotten a lot of converts.

The gallon container is expensive but believe me it wont go to waste and it ends up being cost effective to buy it that way. The price is set to go up after the new year. It has an incredibly long shelf life. Virgin oil is NOT hydrogenated. Hydrogenated oils are poison to us. Soy is poison to people suffering with thyroid conditions too- cut that out of your lives. It is lurking everywhere.

After using coconut oil for about a month my temperatures shot up to mostly normal. I have been reading 96.5 for most of the last 8 years. Never in my life had I ever taken my temperature and had it read 98.6 NEVER! But now 98.6 is what it usually reads.

This stuff is AWSOME!!! I cook everything in it. I spread it on my toast I try to eat as much as I can. I started losing weight the second week that I was consistantly eating it. I figure that I easily lost 10 lbs just from adding this oil to my diet. This oil straight from the container makes the best lotion you will ever use. It doesn't stain clothes, and works well under makeup. This is the most versatil product I have ever used. I even used it for suntan lotion this past summer, It prevents burning and I am fair skinned.

BUY IT!!! Without worrying. I LOVE IT!! And you will too as long as you like coconut it adds a great flavor to everything. I even fry my eggs in it.
