Total newbie w/probably dumb Qs.

So, after you cut the wheatgrass to juice it, do you pull out the roots & start all over? I was kinda hoping it is like yard grass, where you cut it and it grows back, but I guess not?

If you start all over from scratch, can you leave the roots in the soil as a kind of fertilizer? Tweet
