Most people don't do the removal. It is very expensive. I did not have swollen glands, but allergies and always sinus problems. That has gone away from flushing, I started in Feb'03 and during the summer I realized that I did not have allergies anymore. I did not know that would happen I was doing the flushes because I needed gallbladder surgery.
