What is the best de-wormer+general parasite cleanser?

I just got out of the ER for the first time recently, nearly died from low sodium+potassium (yes, both. And no I don't work out), been in and out of urgent care previously for the same thing 1-2x per year for past 6 or 7 yrs, general physical adn mental (especially) degrading, abdominal pains, basically no matter how well I eat (whole raw foods, grains, etc) I'm fading away. It's been an especially steep quick decline since I had the extreme low sodium+potassium and the resulting anxiety attacks that got me into the ER this last time. No strength, constant thick mental fog, zero memory ability, like alzeimers. Sometimes worse than others. especially bad when sitting down like i am right now.

Drs are no help, I have only Medi-cal and that doesn't get me far at all with them.

I've looked up stuff (even though it takes a long time with me, hard time doing research with mental issues). it seems that i might have parasites and may have had them for some yeares, looking at what causes them (stagnant water from natural unprotected spinrg, raw non-sushi fish from local grocer, both before I started having mental/physical issues).

humaworm any good for all this? any others? seen so many lsited on google search don't know where to turn.
