The headline is word for word, the
title of the article I posted.
My issue IS sending money overseas
for the kind of philanthropic acts
which huge corporations or other
wealthy contributors should be taking
on. NOT the United States government
in the financial state it is in.
Its like a household on a tight
budget...if your neighbor has a fire
or other catastrophic event happen
you may give them monies that you
cannot really afford to give but you
will manage somehow. To just give
the neighbors, or strangers, money
which means that your own household
will be in jeopardy is foolish and
eventually speaks to a dysfunction
that cannot be cured by throwing
monies at the neighbors or every
stranger who comes to the door to
ask...
