Yes, but now the interesting thing that's taking place, is that Livingston is saying the "Constitution was never ratified", for the reason that "getting back to the Constitution" won't work.

However, in some stuff we were reading tonight, that may not be true. Which is what T.T, Kelby and the Turner camp are protesting. Tweet
