Help I got my test results back

My TSH 4.52
T4 7.63
TUP 36%
T4F 0.77
I don't understand any of this. I have been on med's for 5 years for hypo. and went off a month ago because the did'nt make me feel any better and I was gaining weight. Since being off I feel somewhat better not gaining or loosing weight. This is the test results of 1 month without anything in my system. Can someone help me with what this means? My T3 results have not came in yet.
