My problem was with the hughesnet satellite internet restrictions. It didn't take much video watching to get the restriction put on, which slowed the internet down to a crawl for 24 hours before it was lifted. They told me if I wanted to watch videos, or download anything, to do it in the wee hours of the morning, when there would be less people using the system.
