Re: that's great! day 1was tough, almost over! yay!

It's like that for me too! It's tough. My mom likes to offer me food all the time since she loves to cook. She made my favorite plate today, I declined, it was difficult but I kept thinking of how rewarding this will be in the end.

I also thought about the people on this site who has been through this and some that are doing this now as well, it's very motivating. I also got my sister to join me on this Water Fast and she is determined as well. Anyhow, my first day of the fast is almost complete, about to hit 12am soon :) Yaay! I'm sticking to this fast. I'm glad we all did not give in to temptation. Keep up the good job, ladies! :) Tweet
