Thanks for your reply. I understand everything you mentioned but the problem is somehow I am recieving every single message posted in the Rife forum,

there is an option when you edit a post to select that, so I went through every post I have made in the past 18 days and I did not see that listed in any of my posts..

I am a bit stumped at the moment
