(20) Cipro 500mg

Hi, I have been prescribed (20) Cipro 500mg pills for a urinary infection on Wednesday a week ago. Six hour after taking the first pill, I noticed great itching sensations on my penis. The next morning (Thursday), I noticed a yellow-creamy substance discharging around the head of my penis. Now it is Monday of a new week, and the creamy discharge is still coming out. Mind you, I do bath and remove what I see daily. What is the problem and what is the next step.
