Well I thought of you this morning. I've been having a skin problem where its just incredibly dry, and its getting puffy. I think my thryoid is involved and i'm working on it. but.... there's definitely a toxic component here. i have a habit of having true dreams about physical things that are going on. last night i had a dream that nuclear waste was coming out from deep in my skin. i had an appt. with the healer/medical intuitive that i work with, and i asked her about it. she said the toxins are old, from way before i got sick. just thought i'd like to share this with you - her exact words were "you can't really tell what is going to release this stuff, this could have been from a liver cleanse a month ago or from another cleanse you've been doing."

just goes to show... cleansing definitely is painful sometimes (but worth it in the end).
