What you are describing sound slike moderate heat stroke.
If it was me I would drink lots of pure mineral water (vortexed optional)or distilled water reconstituted with minerals. Look for things in the diet like pop, coffee, refined
Sugar etc. that cause dehydration and eliminate them. A high water content, fresh organic foods diet will also help a great deal.
Keep lots of water on hand and drink often. Another thing that can help are tri salts.
Also wear a hat and cool clothes.
For the cramping I would try some magnesium oil in a filtered water bath and let it soak in. Ancient minerals is a decent brand and there are more. They work much better than plain
Epsom Salts .
Eat lighter in the summer months. My preference is organic living foods with lots of mineral rich choices such as dulse, barley grass, etc. Perhaps a good nutrient dense super food.
