Re: epsom salt effect-Edited

If a person is magnesium deficient, they may discover it because they never get loose stools from the Epsom salt. Epsom Salt is magnesium sulfate. When the body is sufficiently deficient in magnesium the body will grab the magnesium for other uses in the body and the intestines won't get enough to give you loose stools.

When I am speaking of not getting loose stools, I mean never throughout the entire liver flush. Many people don't get loose stools until the following morning which is what Hulda Clark said to expect in her book. A number of people, including me, do get loose stools within 1-2 hours of taking the first dose of Epsom Salts . I have suspected that it has to do with diet (how high fiber) as well as individual transit time. I am on a whole foods, plant-based diet which is high fiber, so a little help from magnesium makes things whiz through pretty quickly.
