Hey Im starting tommorow, beein trying since friday, but I guess it takes a number of attempts to get going, Im planning on 30 days myself, then alternative day fruit-water for 13 days before University starts! my goal is to lose atleast 56 pounds in 42 days!..then lose 14 over a 4 week period of alterntive day water fasting! which will bring back to my perfect shape I was during March 2009
