Water kefir: effect on BMs! (plus "recipe" ideas)

Okay this is gonna sound weird but here goes: I've been drinking water kefir for about a month (YUM) and I've been noticing a difference in my BMs. I haven't been doing anything differently, so I'm wondering if it's b/c of the water kefir. My BMs seem to just PLOP out! It feels kinda like when you have mucous in them -- but no mucous. Just "fluffy" healthy movements... I can't help but wonder if the little buggies are up to good in the intestines.

(Haha, i'm waay too in tune w/ my movements!)

Any other water kefir drinkers notice this phenomenon??

p.s. By the way, I love to do secondary ferments, like Uny does. My favorite 'recipe' is to add freeze-dried strawberries (Just Tomatoes brand) to the secondary ferment, plus maybe 1/2 tsp of sucanat. (I make 4-cup batches.) Sooo delicious!! I've also tried raspberries -- my favorite fruit "flavor" -- but like strawberries better in this case. Also, love making "ginger kefir" -- add about 5 slices of ginger to the secondary ferment.
