Re: Fasting to cure Hypothyroidism, anemia
#132273,
You have hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue and iron-deficiency-anemia, and obese at around 240 lbs and 5'7.
You are also wondering if fasting would "cure" those aliments listed above?.
Firstly, fasting does not cure anything. It only allows the body to heal itself at a much faster rate than would otherwise be the case.
Having said that, I think your main problem is "excess weight" which has given rise to your health problems above, and the type of diet you have been living from resulting in obesity.
The solution is to lose this weight by eating a nutrient-dense diet that is low-calorie, but NOT a restricted diet in the way most people think.
All diets work and all diets fail, but this should be a lifestyle change in the way you eat, and the type of food that you eat.
In this way you will not only lose the excess weight that is at the root cause of your health problems but also eliminate these problems and restore your body to its proper nutritional balance.
In this way you will eliminate your Hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, AND your iron-deficiency-anemia, the latter of which is not caused by a lack of iron in your diet, but either a malabsorption issue or a deficiency within the diet that has led to your obesity.
Please read this very carefully and you will see what I mean............................
