You indicated that you were young. When did this start? You could have an OCD condition called ORS http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olfactory_Reference_Syndrome.
Basically, it's where the person thinks they produce an odor but they don't. Has anyone ever TOLD you your breath stunk?? Ask someone. You mention doctors think your crazy which may be a pointer.
