Faecal Impaction Urgent, please help!!!

hi HG, Ive become totally blocked up whilst using humaworm. I may not have been taking enough water. Doc says i have faceal impaction possibly in intestines. Im getting an xray to confirm, but i wont see him again for 5 weeks.

I took psyllium husks then read that people with faecal impactation should not take psyllium as it can block you up even more! what can i do? I dont want to wait 5 weeks to treat this!

I have stopped humaworm and will do an oil enema an maybe some magnesium and vit c? would you recommend a colonic in my case? i have mcs so its essential to get the bowels moving and get toxins out else i could become a lot worse!!
