The first step is always to bring your attention or your (consciousness) to the matter. It is a matter of turning the light on. Of course, there is a hell of a lot things to learn when getting started.

Along with the killing strategy, we have to do detox of the debris, toxins and so on... Parallel to this, since we are not only parasitised meat, there is some emotional cleaning that needs to be addressed (whether EFT or other techniques).

As time goes by, the crap load diminishes, the mental feels clearer at times. Just don't allow the light to be turned off like the three monkey story (won't see, won't hear, won't say)

One has to take responsability for who he/she is, his/her goals, the way you are putting up with crap in the head these last days is revealing much more than you think about yourself.

The way you treat members of your community (is like a family...) shows how one treats him/her self. 'Celui qui fera du mal au plus petit d'entre vous, c'est à moi qu'il le fera'. I can't believe I am the one with english limitations here having to turn the light ON...at least I try!! 2010 is the year to bring consciousness at heart level !!keep the prayers.
