I know this isn't exactly Water Fasting related, but as I struggle to figure out a regular diet "in between" water fasts, I found this article to be (semi) helpful. I feel like I am experimenting with too many diets (ex/ from just plain watching my food combining to vegan to fruitarian) and am finding myself getting frustrated with which route to go. Anyway, even though I still don't know what to eat, this article is pretty good.
