Do it! You should actually have a better flush with the SF722. I find that people who wait and let candida re-overgrow hinder their flush.
SF 722 is nothing more than a fatty acid. even if u restrict fats on the days before the flush, it should work well.

You wont be slowing down or ruining your work, actually u are speeding it up. just keep taking the sf722, and use lemons instead of grapefruits..

the only other things i would suggest is this:
During the five day prep.. use phosphoric acid, not apple juice.

You can also use malic acid.

I prefer Chanca Piedra. Great herb for stimulating MORE bile for the flush, and as everyone knows- to crush the stones a bit.

definitely Epsom Salts on the day of the flush.
