Why not go to a medical doctor and get tested for Fasciola hepatica first and some other flukes. It is mostly F. Hepatica where Triclabendazole is recommended treatment. And also Fasciola gigantica.
Why are you so sure it is flukes that causes your health problems?
Extensive testing done by a good doctor first is a good idea I think. Then there is more likely you will get right treatment. If you have positive serology for F. hepatica yes then it make very much sense to consider Triclabendazole.
Yes I know it can be very very difficult and even to find a doctor willing to do such tests.
Treating "blindly" and there is a risk of using a lot of drugs that there was no need to use. And these medicines are not exactly vitamin pills.
