I don't have an 'educated' reply for you, but I don't know that anything should be added to a coffee enema. It has it's own action/purpose.

As for doing a water enema with essential oils. I think it has been done with good results. A couple of things to consider:

Make sure you are using an essential oil that is a healing oil and did not come from lab/synthetic/adulterated source.

Research which essential oil is most beneficial for your purpose.

Essential oils do need dilution. Water and oil don't mix, so I recommend to dilute in coconut or other healthy oil before adding to your water/enema.
