Body odour Complete cure

Hi Dr,

I am 21 years old.i heve been suffering from body odour since i got matured.i removes my underarm hair in a timely manner. iam hygenic too.But still i suffer from bad odour in 5 minutes after bath..can you please suggest a remedy for this. i feel really hurted because of my odour. i am losing my confidence a lot. Can you plese suggest a medicine which can resolve my problem for ever? Hope you understand my feelings. Iam going to get married in another three months.
